Kari is a full time Realtor that specialize in residential real estate which include single family, town homes and condominiums. She works with both buyers and sellers and with re-sale and new construction properties. Kari’s philosophy is to treat all of her clients with respect and provide full service. •make sure she sets a realistic expectation of the buying and selling process
•help her sellers set a realistic listing price, market the property both digitally and through networking, and negotiate a satisfactory selling price and terms
•show buyers homes that fit their needs and budget and negotiate a satisfactory selling price and terms, along with educating (especially new) homeowners about home ownership
•guide her clients through an often-emotional transaction from listing/looking to offer to closing
•be ready to solve or help solve unexpected issues that arise during the closing process
•Anything else that needs to get done to achieve a win-win solution
