Kari Hovde

Kari is a lifelong resident of the Puget Sound area with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.

She has extensive experience in both residential sales and commercial property management. Kari was immediately successful as an individual agent, and soon thereafter, opened her own brokerage. With her exceptional leadership skills and team building spirit, Kari went on to lead a large top-producing residential real estate team and multiple commercial management teams as well as served as the managing broker of a high producing office. Educating clients and building relationships are incredibly important to her and she leads K Properties NW with these values. With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy, Kari brings a caring and genuine heart to the business and really enjoys the connections she has with both her clients and colleagues.

She is very involved in her community and serves on multiple community boards and leadership teams. Kari enjoys teaching dance classes, volunteering with organizations focusing on the improvement and growth of children, and spending time with friends and family. With Kari's love for dance and the performing arts, she is excited to announce her upcoming non-profit project, The Backstage Foundation. Funds raised will scholarship children into performing arts classes while also supporting local public schools' performing arts programs. Her passion to love and serve others exudes both personally and professionally.
