There is nothing more gratifying than to see her client’s dreams come true. This was the biggest part of Karian’s “Why” when she decided to become a Realtor. As a wife and military spouse of twenty (20) years and mother of two (2) boys, she knows the unique challenges that come with buying and selling homes. She is dedicated and passionate about ensuring that the process of selling or buying a house is a stress-free and pleasant process. She and her family live and work in North Carolina and Virginia, so it was an obvious choice to become licensed in both states so that she can provide service to her clients where they work, live, and play! As a transplant from Puerto Rico, Karian is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows her to reach a greater demographic and impact communities within the area that have gone without a voice in the market. Throughout her many moves with the military, she has been able to obtain her B.A. in Advertising along with an M.A. in Business Administration. Her education, dedication, passion, and perseverance coupled with a heart towards service and leadership allow her to provide an experience for her clients that is incomparable. Her goal is to make, what can often be a very stressful process, a very smooth, exciting, and happy memory. Being a part of making your real estate goals a reality is what she does, and she prides herself on doing it with excellence. No dream is too big or too small and she loves being a partner in this endeavor.
