Karin did a fantastic job representing me as a realtor for an investment property I recently purchased in Stillwater, OK. She went above and beyond, assisting me with every aspect of the purchase. She was my eyes and ears, as I do not live in Stillwater; yet she ran down every opportunity, answered numerous questions, took video and live feed content of properties for me....and always promptly and professionally followed up. I have worked with many realtors and she is top notch!

I would highly recommend Karin Biros. She previously represented me on the buy side and most recently assisted me on the sell side. She provided me with all the pertinent market data and was excellent in following up almost daily. She professionally staged my home, and as I was an absentee client not living in Stillwater she was very helpful in helping me get all of the inspection items addressed. She arranged for vendors to do yard work and she personally watered my yard to keep it alive during a particularly hot and dry summer. I honestly can’t say enough great things about Karin and would highly recommend her services. She’s the BEST!

She was always respectful and at our service anytime we needed her or had a question. She made us feel like her friends from the beginning to the end of our sell. This is our 3rd house that we have sold and no other realtor has gone beyond their normal duties like Karin did ! She was helpful in every way. Talk about complete customer satisfaction. Definitely the best experience we have ever encountered with a realtor who was born for her profession. We highly recommended Karin to anyone looking to sell/buy a home.

Karin was very patient and diligent as we looked for OUR home! We looked for 3 months with her. She showed us anything we wanted to look at, and had usually done research on each one. She would advise us on repairs that had been done, or areas houses were in. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through our entire process!
Now, we have a home to call ours. I recommend calling Karin when you are looking to buy! (Or sell!)

We can not be any more lucky that we got Karin as a realtor through Homes for Hero’s. Our first time buying a home was quite the experience and we are so thankful she was able to walk us through, and explain several of the processes. She was always available to talk when I didn’t understand something, or maybe just needed to vent about some frustrations we were facing. She advocated for us many times and got us the BEST deal possible, even when it’s a “sellers market” we got so lucky! She soon figured out what kind of things we like and tried to let us know house if she think we may like as quick as possible. Karin is a fantastic agent. We bought this home for our daughter. She went above & beyond for us being we live in California and were buying through facetime with her and our daughter. She checks on our home when my daughter is in California visiting. Karin still takes care of us as clients even though the house purchase is over. We couldn't be happier. We recently closed on a house Karin found on our behalf without us ever having to make a trip to Stillwater. Probably not a recommended course of action to close on a house without ever seeing it in person but we had no choice other than to over-rely on Karin. In a very competitive market Karin was able to get the house under contract in only a couple of days. We were struck by her willingness to work after hours and aggressively work to resolve any issue that arose. She’s a problem solver and definitely went beyond what we would have ever expected a typical broker to do for us. She's very nice, knowledgeable, ethical, professional, diligent, communicates clearly and thoroughly throughout the entire process, and has great relationships with everyone important to a real estate transaction in that geographic region. She always responded immediately to any communication and gave great customer service even well after closing - when she had no financial incentive to help. I would not hesitate to recommend her on either side of a sale. For any future transactions that we do in the region - we will be represented by Karin.

Our experience working with Karin has been very good. We were first home buyers. We didn't know much about what to look for when looking for a house. Karin was patient and understood what our requirements were. We thought we liked one or two houses but she gave us more insights into some aspects that we had missed. She is also very knowledgeable about which house might be in demand and may not stay in the market for long. Ultimately, I think we found the best house that we wanted. I would highly recommend her as your agent and happy house hunting!

Karin gave us her advise to get our house ready to sell before we were sure we'd be listing it. When we were ready to sell, she knew when to list, and and how to list, and our home sold in 2 days.

Purchasing our new home out of state has had it's challenges, but Karin was there with every obscure piece of documentation we never knew we'd ever need, and she was responsive with those documents in short order.

I highly recommend working with Karin to buy or sell your home. Karin is able to make real estate buying and selling go smoothly with her expertise and sense of humor.

We had some ups and downs during our recent home buying experience, and Karin worked tirelessly for us, went to bat for us when dealing with a difficult buyer’s realtor, and when it looked like we might lose the house we wanted, she was a great source of encouragement and a helpful problem solver.
