Karin has been a Realtor with MKB, REALTORS® since 2009. MKB, after nearly 43 years of service, has grown into one of the largest, most successful, and most respected real estate firms in the region. They serve a broad area, including the Greater Roanoke Valley, New River Valley, and Smith Mountain Lake. Their growth has been strategic and deliberate with an emphasis on integrity, professionalism, and competency. They also pride themselves in giving back to their community. She is originally from NJ and has lived in the Roanoke Valley since 1995. She has a business degree with a concentration in Marketing from Montclair State University, and she really enjoys finding unique ways to market her client's homes. She is very tech savvy and concentrates most of her marketing on the internet as well as social media in order to reach the largest number of potential buyers and sellers. She is very active in the Roanoke community as well as the schools. She has served as PTA President at both the elementary school and high school level, as well as various other PTA and athletic booster club positions over the years. She has experience in all aspects of real estate, working with both buyers and sellers. From foreclosures to short sales, new construction to resale to high end luxury properties – she has got you covered! She has been a member of the relocation team at MKB for more than 5 years and has helped transferees into our area find their new home as well as helped transferees who are moving out of our area to sell their homes. She has also managed inventory property when the client buys out the transferee. Her goal as a realtor is to treat each of her clients as if they are the only client she has. She prides herself on her follow up and organization skills and she will make sure that she does her best to provide you with top notch service, feedback and quick response.
