My husband and I would like to say thank you to Kay & Jay Realty. They are a Christian based Realty which is what we were looking for. That played a major roll for us. They responded so quick and they were able to show a home, put in under contract within 24hrs. The are so knowledgeable about the housing market and got us a great deal. Very professional and warm. Ms. Owens and I have been on this wild house hunting journey for a few months. She has the patience of a saint! It goes without saying that she is professional, courteous and experienced. It is clear she loves her profession and works tirelessly for her clients. I am a Army retiree and a very, very picky person. I explained to Karin what I wanted in my forever home. I live on the peninsula and her office is in Chesapeake, which is quite a distance away (and not to mention the traffic). At 5:00 a.m. I would text addresses that I wanted to view. She would verify if they were available (at 5:00 a.m.) and she set up an appointment that day to view them! That is what I call dedication. I must have asked her the same questions concerning home buying in Virginia over and over and over and she never lost her professionalism. At my closing she even brought a table and chairs for my comfort! Don't waste your time looking for an other real estate agent; she is the one that you need. She stayed in constant contact with my mortgage company to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I love my forever home and I loved working with Karin, and you will also!!!

Karin is outstanding! I'm so lucky that we had a history so when I was in the market, after trying to get along with a number of agents, I was able to ask Karin to be my agent. From the moment she became my agent, she was on top of every communication and trying to nail down my desires to get me exactly what I wanted. I've enjoyed working with Mrs. Owens. She is an excellent professional. She sold two properties for me and my business within 1 quarter. Both properties were under contract within about a week. We priced the houses effectively and received close to asking in both instances. I was very pleased. One of the properties had sold after sitting for 5 months with another realtor at a much lower offer price. Karin is committed to providing honest and informed real estate insight (I listened to her input) and her input made a difference in the sales.
