I can’t recommend Karina enough! Me and my fiancée being first time home buyers were very anxious about the whole process of buying a home. Thankfully Karina went above and beyond for us, making sure we knew all the important details and nuances of buying a home and was there to answer any questions we had! If you’re in the market for a home you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not using Karina, I will definitely be recommending her to all my family and friends!

Magic. Karina has been a miracle. She was referred to us by a mutual friend, she is an absolute amazing realtor. We were EXTREMELY lucky in this hot market, we had an FHA loan and didn't have many options. Still, she believed we would find something. Karina is honest, and really looks out for the buyer. The first house we went to see, we put an offer on. She worked her magic and our offer was accepted. The seller had a good heart, that was the lucky part. Karina is dedicated to her job, she will give you the best advice, she is patient, words can't explain how much we appreciate her. Thank you SO much.

Karina is the most hard working, knowledgeable and professional real estate agent I know. She is patient and walks you through the process if you are buying or selling a home, vacant land or commercial property. I have had multiple buying and selling experiences with her personally. I have known Karina for about 40 years. She has assisted with the purchase and sale of several homes for me and my family. Some people have the philosophy of "Don't sweat the details." Karina Ball is just the opposite. She does sweat the details with grace, dignity and promptness.
