Mr. Chu is very knowledgeable about real estate business and the whole buying, selling & leasing process including financing & home owner associations. He is very responsive with great negotiation skills. He is both very friendly and extremely professional. He is an excellent agent who knows about Laguna Woods very well, would not mind sharing his thoughts, while letting his clients make their own informed decisions.
I appreciate that he truly cares about his client's interests. I will be using Karl for my next real estate transaction and would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family alike.
