Mr. Stauffer was a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2005 and 2006, serving as Treasurer in 2006. He was also a Co-host of Real Estate Talk Radio, a popular, live, Phoenix radio show, from 1998-2007.

Karl has been an Arizona resident since 1986. Originally from Minnesota, then after 6 years in Colorado, Karl has made Arizona his home where he is raising his 2 children, Travis (14), and Becca (12), along with his wife, Fabiana, in Scottsdale, AZ.
