Karla is an amazing realtor! I would work with her again and recommend her to friends and family. She is extremely organized, very knowledgeable about the local area/trends, and worked well with the mortgage company all which led to landing our house in the competitive market. There are a lot of realtors to choose from but she is the only one you need to go with.

I was a first time home buyer and new to the area where I was searching for homes. Karla did a great job answering all my questions, and helping me find a home. Due to covid it was somewhat of a challenge to find a home I liked, but she continued to assist me and didn’t give up. Not only was she a great realtor, but also a great friend. Karla was my realtor when I purchased my home in May 2020. She was referred to me by a friend who had worked with her in the past and now I can understand why. She truly made the entire home shopping and buying experience a complete pleasure, from getting qualified to the point of closing. Her knowledge of “what to look for” to save yourself from remorse after purchase is astounding! I ran into several things in some homes that I had never seen or had very little experience with. She was able to answer every question and guide me toward or away from different places based on what my wants and needs were. I HIGHLY recommend her to ANYONE who is looking to purchase a new home and I will certainly use her again, should I ever decide to buy another.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Karla Daniels from RE/MAX home realty. I must say I never knew how amazing a realtor could be! From day one was I was highly impressed. This was my first time buying a home and she made the whole process as simple as it could be from start to finish. My initial appointment with her she sat with me and went over everything, in terms I could easily understand, answered any & every question I had and even had a folder prepped for my reference of items discussed in our meeting. Within 4 days of our meeting Karla had set up showings of about 5-6 homes and I found my one the same day. The contract was put in by the end of the day and the very next day I was on the fast track to becoming a first time homeowner 🥳!! I had talked to a realtor prior to being referred to Karla and I must say again that I will forever be amazed at all she has done and continues to do still! There’s really no other realtor like her and I highly recommend her to any and everybody looking for a home in the NOVA area; you’ll be well taken care of and if you can’t get her there’s for sure another member on the team just like her 😁. Karla has been the most amazing realtor! We bought our first townhome with her years ago, and didn't hesitate to call her back when it was time for us to upgrade.

The bank we selected was very difficult to work with and Karla worked endlessly to help us get all documentation that was needed organized and presented. She made countless phone calls and e-mails on our behalf. I felt so blessed and grateful to have someone like her in our corner through this whole process.

We ultimately bought a new 6 acre property which she helped us negotiate the best price, and full closing costs, with household repairs. While simultaneously listing and selling our townhouse WAY above asking with no closing cost assistance. She styled our townhouse with our own items and facilitated repairs, cleaners, and other needed items to list our house in less than 1 week!

I can't rave enough about Karla!
