Karla was amazing to work with when I bought my multi-family property. As an ITIN holder, I was worried the process would be complicated, but she made everything so easy. Her recommendations for a lender and attorney were spot on—they really knew what they were doing and helped things move smoothly.

Karla Nevarez is an amazing realtor!! she help me and my family find an loving and peaceful home. My parents really needed a place with a big yard for my dads trucks for work and it was super hard finding a home that allowed my dad to keep his trucks on the driveway, but Karla was able to make that happen:)) We are first time buyers and had little to no knowledge about purchasing a home but Karla helps us so much. Hello future home owner! I would like to ease your mind (home buying can put us on edge) and express my gratitude and satisfaction about Karla’s work ethic and responsiveness. I had expressed to Karla my desire to purchase a home and gave her a budget and a location that I was interested in to work with. Once I was ready to move forward with obtaining my home Karla immediately got to work and presented me with all options available. From there Karla worked with me tirelessly to meet up and look at homes. Karla never rushed me or made me feel pressured in any way to make my decision. Once I selected my future home, Karla cleared up all of my questions about the home buying process that I had. Yes, even the random 8 pm text messages and very unexpected phones calls. She answered EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM and if she couldn’t answer she would get back to me no later than an hour. Her communication skills were impressive during this whole process. I would also like to add that I have known Karla personally for over a decade long and her work ethic and premium services are not a shocker to me as this is how Karla is (disciplined and organized) even in her personal life! I highly, highly recommend that you seek her out to purchase your home. Her services are as streamlined as it gets when it comes to purchasing a home!
