About Karli

Karli Shea has a background in education, working for many years as a school teacher, tutor, and mentor. She graduated from Chapman University, Summa Cum Laude, in 2010 with a degree in Political Science and Spanish, and received a Credential in Single-Subject Spanish from California State University Fullerton in 2014. Karli has helped students achieve their learning goals and grow as individuals in their personal and educational pursuits. She strives to make a subject matter comprehensible and accessible; combined with motivated people, learning can be fun and easy.

Karli is now in real estate, with the desire to understand clients’ needs, help educate them on the process, and seek to find an excellent match for them in their home search and/or selling experience. Through teaching, she has developed the ability to work with many different people, figure out the needs and desires of her clients, provide understanding and clarification, and ensure they meet deadlines and stay on top of tasks.

She has many interests, including reading, cooking, the violin, tennis, traveling, music, and languages, to name a few. She recently married and is enjoying living in Spotsylvania, Virginia with her husband in their beautiful home.
