She was born and raised in Reading, PA, and attended Temple University where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. After the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she decided to shift gears and pursue a career in real estate. As a realtor, she has the opportunity to connect with clients and truly understand their wants and needs when it comes to buying and selling a home. Along with providing excellent service, she strives to build personal connections with her clients, turning them into lifelong friends. With a background in hospitality management, Karlie has honed her customer service skills and brings a positive and energetic approach to every interaction. She is fortunate enough to be able to also work alongside he father, Mark Werner, who has been in the real estate industry for almost 40 years. This has allowed her to learn the ropes and gain valuable insights of what this business is truly about.
