I would never use another realter. if I needed to move again. she has great knowledge of the entire valley. I am not planning on moving again. if i did move. there is no other realter. Karrie handled our recent purchase of our home very professional but, also made me very comfortable and was happy to help in any way I requested. She was able to help negotiate a price that was below asking price which is unheard of in this market. She was very thorough with our repair request and made sure each one was done to our satisfaction. Karrie made the move and purchase of a home in Mesa an enjoyable process. We will definitely use, if needed, and recommend her to others purchasing or selling their home.

I can’t recommend enough Karrie Law as a realtor. She was incredibly patient with us as we had her showing us homes all over the Valley before we finally decided where we wanted to live. Karrie hears what her clients want and is able to hone right in on it. As she represented us as our selling agent as well, she also knows how to close a deal. I told Karrie early on, we were flight risks, but she persevered with us and as I said was able to work the only deal that made us not walk away from both the buy and sell! She truly is amazing! And her thoughtfulness with gift baskets upon buying a house are so incredibly thoughtful and personalized, she really is vested with her clients. We love Karrie Law, A+++ Realtor!

Karrie was more than remarkable. Karrie went way beyond what a normal agent would do. She made the experience a joy to move and to purchase the home. We met Karrie at a open house one weekend and at that time we immediately decided she was the one to find us a home. Karrie is AMAZING!

She has unmatched patience with her clients but is relentless when you’re at the closing table. She is very current and educated on all areas of the valley and provides much appreciated design/functionality insight from all her experience. She is also just generally a joy to be around, which is nice when you’re looking at houses in all your spare time.

As someone who was looking in a very competitive area, at homes that needed renovation, karrie was helpful on all levels to get us the best home and the best deal! Many time we defaulted to her expertise, knowing that we’d have a timely and accurate response.

Lastly, Karrie helped us as first time homebuyers but has worked with every member in my family, some of which has involved more complex investment transactions. Needless to say there is no hesitation when anyone asks for a realtor referral - Karrie is the best!

Karrie Law is 100% dedicated to her customers, so much so that even after she helped us sell our home, holding our hand through the whole process, lord knows we needed it, when all was said and done the sale was final and check was in hand she still handled the smallest loose end for us. Karrie's knowledge was invaluable to us and the house sold in record time, she made the process seamless. Karrie has now helped us purchase a home and sell a home! Karrie deserves six stars but the system says five must do. She was a whirlwind of activity who kept all the moving parts of buying a townhome running smoothly. She answered all questions promptly; had immediate recommendations for electricians, inspectors, plumbers, etc.; forwarded all documents (thank goodness for DocuSign!); and retained my trust from the start. After closing, she remained in my corner and helped with matters that arose thereafter (these had nothing to do with the purchase that went VERY smoothly). Karrie made possible a happy turning point in life -- she knew there was more to all this than simply buying a property. When the stakes are high, you want Karrie on your side -- she is the realtor you're looking for right now. Thank you, Karrie -- we will do business again!
