Real estate has been a central focus of Karyn Davis’s life from an early age. Her family had a hand in Lawrence’s development in the 80’s and 90’s and she is excited to be a part of it today. As a life-long resident, investor, and now a real estate agent, she has much to offer those needing to buy and/or sell their home in this ever-changing market. Her philosophy is simple of listen, learn, build, and lead.

The definition of home is unique for everyone. Listening, learning, and building a personal relationship with each client is how she finds out what home means to them. Karyn can then build a plan based on their goals and objectives and lead all parties through the successful conclusion of the real estate transaction.
