Karyn McAdams was amazing! From our first meeting she was very personable, professional, and very honest with what to expect in this crazy market. She really listened to what we were looking for in our new home and when we felt discouraged she kept assuring us to be patient and not settle the right house will come for us. She was so flexible with myself and husbands work schedule and having two kids elearning at home. Karyn always made herself available and if she couldn’t her husband (who is also a realtor) would be there for us. They make a great team! Karyn truly cares for her clients and what’s best. We will definitely be referring her to anyone we now that will need a realtor. Thank you again Karyn for all your patience, kindness, hard work and honesty you were wonderful and much appreciated!

Karyn McAdams was truly a godsend for me. She was referred to me by a friend of mine who'd just sold her home. I was assured Karyn would take care of me in the sale of my home, and she truly did. From the moment I met Karyn I knew there was something special about her. She's incredibly professional, very personable and relatable, and genuinely passionate about her work and her clients. Karyn's words to me were "just let me know when you're ready" and let me tell you, once I did, she was on it. She asked me when did I want to be out and it all happened very seamlessly. Karyn knows her stuff! Absolutely everything throughout the process that Karyn told me would happen, did, just like clockwork, all the way to the date of closing. She is a woman of her word. Her character is outstanding and her energy is infectious. I could not have been happier with this process. Karyn is the best! She's helped me find two amazing rentals in Evanston and in Chicago and then helped us find the perfect house. She was professional at all times and made us feel like the most important clients! I loved all of our conversations, and she definitely listened to what our needs were and helped us get what we needed and checked quite a few off of our nice to have list ;) she made sure we were taken care of from day one!
