Working with Kash was the best experience I've had with an agent, especially in Baltimore. He was communicative, up on all the research for homes and areas where I was looking, and ready to move on an opportunity when I made my decision. Kash was also extremely helpful (and well-connected) during the financing process. Everyone I worked with recommended by him was stellar. When I purchase another property in the area I will definitely come to Kash again; it was a pleasure working with him.

Kash did a wonderful job listing and marketing my home. He was very responsive and easy to reach throughout the selling process. He is very knowledgeable and guided me every step of the way and we ended up getting multiple offers and selling the home for more than asking price.
