My wife and I worked with Kassie to purchase our first home. This was my first time buying a home, and Kassie’s expertise and advice was invaluable. She was very patient and helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. Though the seller was difficult to deal with and it’s because of Kassie’s negotiation skill, through knowledge about procedures and clear communication, we are able get the house. Throughout the whole process I felt like Kassie had my back at each step - finding a home inspector, setting the terms of the deal, document preparation, and working closely with the lender.
We were extremely pleased with our experience and would happily recommend Kassie to anyone!

She was patient, knowledgeable, patient, kind, patient, thorough, patient, helpful, patient, determined. And did I mention patient, with a sense of humor? We were new to the area and looking for a "unicorn" property, and Kassie came through with glitter and rainbows to boot. My husband and I always felt comfortable asking questions and contacting Kassie and she was incredibly sensitive to our needs. She made the process remarkably smooth and painless. I would highly recommend her both to first time and experienced buyers. At the end, we not only got the perfect forever home, but a truly wonderful and kind new friend.

Kassie was absolutely wonderful to work with on the purchase of our first home. She was patient, encouraging, and frankly just fun to work with during a time when the market wasn't too friendly to buyers.

My husband and I really appreciated her honest, straight forward approach which balanced our over-analytical selves. She worked with us to become creative with our offer approach (within our comfort zone) which I strongly believe is what helped us to be chosen for this house.

Is is clear that Kassie is fabulous at what she does and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, whether it is their first or fifth home.

Plain and Simple - Kassie was a dream for us! My girlfriend and I recently relocated to Chester County due to a family emergency. We were living in Luzerne County where rent was much cheaper. When we relocated, we knew that $1800 for a 1 bedroom apartment was not going to work for us. We lived with family for a few months in order to save up for a home. We were scared and had no idea what buying a home would bring - but Kassie walked us through it all and has become someone who is so dear to us! We can not say enough about Kassie. She was patient, kind, loving and so supportive! ABSOLUTELY Recommend! If you’re looking for a realtor who is constantly on top of things and ALWAYS willing to do what it takes in order for you to get your dream home - Kassie is the one!
