Kat McWard

Kat is a native of Poland and currently resides in St Charles, IL with her family.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors,
Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and MRED MLS. To better serve her clients, Kat strongly believes in continuing education and she invested, earned and currently holds the ABR®(accredited buyer representative) and PSA® (pricing strategy advisor) designations.

When not working with clients, you can find Kat with family and friends enjoying the outdoors, gardening and frequenting amenities that local small businesses offer. She is a Wife and Mother as well as a Mom to two dogs and several chickens.
