Speaking as a retired realtor, Kat went above and beyond, words cannot describe how grateful we are. Kat is incredibly knowledgeable, she answered questions on sundays, late at night and even when she was on the mainland. Kat would always site her sources so we could look it up ourselves when answering questions regarding zoning or hoa. Kat Literally used her background as an Investigator to track down a property owner that had fallen off the map. So when I say she went above and beyond I really really mean it. In a market as hot as this one it is Imperative to have an agent that is on point. Kat is responsive and timely and will get any job done as soon as it is put in front of her. I guarantee you will not regret your choice to use Kat.
