During her first year of real estate, Kat was Rookie of the month for 12 consecutive months, a top Affiliate Agent in the State of Indiana for buyers & sellers represented, reached over 6 million dollars in sales and over 10 million dollars in sales every year thereafter. Kat is a member of the President's Club, Executive Club, Relocation Team for buyers and sellers.

Kat and her husband, Dennis, enjoy traveling and have just visited Croatia and will be going to Tahiti in 2024. Kat has one son and 2 grandchildren that are 12 and 9.
