Hi, I’m Kat Spears, a Realtor® based in Jackson, California. I’ve spent over 14 years helping people buy and sell homes in Amador, Calaveras, and El Dorado Counties—places I know and love deeply because I’ve lived here my whole life.
Before real estate, I ran a family business for over 11 years, which taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and truly listening to people’s needs. Today, I bring that same commitment into every real estate transaction, walking alongside my clients from start to finish—whether it’s finding the perfect home, navigating down payment assistance programs, or making sure each step is clearly understood and never overwhelming.

I’ve also earned my California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation. But more than titles, I care about people—especially those going through tough times. That’s why I’m also passionate about supporting others dealing with anxiety and depression, and why I stay involved in my local church and community.
