My husband and I met Kathryn Williams at an open house. We had been working with a different agent from a different company, but nothing was happening and my husband and I were doing all of the work. After speaking with Kat I knew she was that agent that I wanted by our side through the home buying process.

She immediately sent us listings that fit with our particular needs and in LESS THAN 2 MONTHS of meeting Kat, she was handing us the keys to our new home. The process was pain free thanks to her knowledge and professionalism. She ensured the sellers took care of everything before we signed off on contingencies and stayed in contact with our lender to keep things moving along.
