I went to high school with Kat when she briefly lived outside of the city, so I personally know that she lived in the area surrounding Chicago West side her whole life and really knows the area, the metro/bus lines, traffic, and all the cool things to do all over. She took me to view almost a dozen places last weekend all over the area and was super impressed with how much she knew about every block. She helped me find the most amazing condo that wasn't listed on the other apps and negotiated for the lease to start a month after the availability date so that its a better move in time for school and saves money. I've moved every 2yrs my whole life while I’m the military, but still felt overwhelmed with the fast pace of the Chicago real estate market. Kat took the time to help me find a great place in a great neighborhood, and also to make me feel confident with my move not just to a new apartment but to the city.

Katarina was tasked with the impossible - help me find a place that I'm ok with calling home in less than a month.
After weeks of her assistance, she secured me an apartment that met my every need (the square footage required for my space-consuming hobbies, AC, clean and modern in a great neighbourhood, etc.)

This was facilitated by a number of her actions:
Very flexible scheduling - I needed evening showings because of my day job
Keeping her finger on the pulse of the rental market - Sending me listings round the clock
