Katie and I met in the ICU. We quickly developed that physician-RN relationship and became fast friends. I later found out that she was also a realtor too. Once my husband and I were ready to search for our first home, there was no one I trusted more than Katie.

As first-time home buyers, the process can be overwhelming. Katie was there every step of the way. She was extremely informative and answered all of our questions. She was patient while we narrowed down our wants/needs and changed our minds. She was optimistic when inventory was low in this competitive real estate market. She was flexible with our crazy work schedules. Finally, she was very strategic with placing our offer to the seller. We couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Katie was very professional and great to work with from beginning to end. We we’re selling the house of a recently deceased loved one, and Katie was extremely patient and never pushy, as we went through the entire process during an emotional time. She provided us extensive information on prior comparable sales and listings in the area, so we could list our house at the right price. She gave us great advice on how to stage the house, with the perfect balance of with having the house look functional for everyday life, but also without clutter. She worked closely with the HOA and addressed various issues to ensure our listing was within the rules and guidelines of the HOA. Katie also helped create buzz for our listing, by posting it as “coming soon” and actually putting flyers in the doors throughout the neighbor to help increase demand leading up to the actual listing. We ended up getting multiple offers, and Katie helped us sort through the pros and cons of each so we could accept the offer that made the most sense for us. Finally, Katie helped ensure we were prepared and all was in order for settlement, which went very smooth. We couldn’t have been happier with Katie’s service, and recommend her to everyone we know without hesitation. If you use Katie as your Realtor, you will not be disappointed!

I was lucky enough to find Kate Gallagher as my realtor after scheduling a visit on a property I was interested in. I stuck with her throughout the home buying process and closed early this month on my new home. I only have positive things to say about Kate. She is easy to work with and is a true professional. On days, where I would contact her last minute about a showing, she was flexible enough to fit me in on short notice. I want to point out that the home I purchased was under appraised and the seller was firm on price and the mortgage lender that I chose was not responsive when the closing date was approaching. Despite all that, Kate would scramble around to contact everyone involved to get the ball rolling, presented me my other options, but ultimately helped me negotiate and purchase this home under the sales price. Take her advice and recommendations. I appreciate all her efforts till this day and couldn't thank her enough. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Kate helped my fiancé and I through our first time home buying process and made it all feel so comfortable and easy. She was on top of every single communication we sent and responded to each need extremely quickly. Anytime we wanted to see another house, which was often, she made it happen right away.
