Kate Hauter

The goal of the Real Estate Broker is to educate and advocate for the client in the buying and selling process. As such, Kate will do the best job she can do with integrity, communication, and guidance. She enjoys meeting people, listening to their needs, and matching their needs to what is on the market.

As a veteran and a military spouse, Kate can relate to the needs of military members and their families. Her past experience with education as a high school teacher allows her to breakdown the process into understandable steps for the client.

Having lived all over the United States, her family chose Whidbey Island to put down roots. They fell in love with the island the moment they arrived and have lived here for over 20 years. They love the area and the plethora of outdoor activities available. The sense of community felt in our area is the source of unique opportunities not available in other areas.

When not working, Kate is spending time with her family. She has three children, in the ages of 22, 20, and 13 years old. She loves to hike, play tennis, go bike riding, and be on the water.
