After obtaining a bachelor's degree in business management from Western Illinois University in 2004 and began her professional journey as a Contract Specialist with the Army Contracting Command, where she honed her skills in negotiation and meticulous attention to contractual details. Kate's drive for personal growth and professional excellence led her to pursue an MBA from St. Ambrose University in 2011. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for real estate. She obtained her Illinois and Iowa Real Estate licenses in 2013, and from that point forward, selling real estate became her dream job. Driven by her ambition and determination, Kate didn't stop there. In 2022, she obtained her Florida Real Estate license, expanding her reach and expertise to better serve her clients.
