As long time urban dwellers, the suburban market was a complete mystery. Fortunately, we found Kate who helped us define what we wanted, where we wanted to be and how to negotiate once we located the home we ultimately bought. She was patient, responsive and always a pleasure to be with to the point that when we did finally settle, our only regret was that we wouldn't be seeing her as often! Whether you are a relatively novice home buyer (like us), a seller or a frequent home purchaser (I guess you are out there, somewhere), we can not recommend Kate highly enough as a real estate professional and a genuinely lovely person.

Our daughter got to know Kate and Kevin as the sellers agent on their home purchase last year. They were most helpful and handled all aspects of the transaction in a very competent way. We therefore were confident that these same skills would work for us and they did. They have an excellent knowledge of the mainline communities and have had extensive experience working with trades to upgrade and renovate properties. As lawyers they also quickly and flawlessly organized closing details for us when we were still in NH. We are very happy living in our current Villanova home only two miles from grandchildren. Kate and Kevin are both highly competent brokers and a real pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a real estate transaction in the mainline area.
