About Kate

Her goal as a Realtor is to create an experience that people will remember. She realized shortly after becoming an Airbnb host that she loves everything that comes along with hospitality. She wants you to feel effortlessly welcomed into the Philly Home Girls circle, and leave as a friend (and with a house!).

After years working in photojournalism and marketing, she shifted gears to real estate. The change came after purchasing a 5-acre home in the Catskill Mountains with her friends, and becoming a Superhost with their Airbnb rental.

Over the past eleven years in Philadelphia, she’s lived in several areas, including Fairmount, Fishtown, Pennsport, and Queen Village, where she currently lives. She's enjoyed learning what makes each neighborhood special and becoming a regular at local businesses. In the mornings you'll find her at Three Queens Yoga, and in the evenings at Good King Tavern.

When she's not unlocking doors, she enjoys cooking at home, hiking the Wissahickon trails, rock climbing, watering her many house plants, and boogying in her living room. While the Catskills are her second home, her two favorite places to visit are Cuba and Ireland.
