Kate Powell

Kate has helped people buy, sell, lease, and invest in real estate for 20+ years. In 2018 she earned her Texas Broker license, establishing her commitment to the industry.

Working with buyers and sellers of acreage residential and land is Kate's forte. More recently she has helped with commercial leases and purchases, and with farm and ranch. She uses a successful combination of social media and classic marketing avenues to get the word out and the job done. Kate has knowledge, resources, colleagues, and good relationships to help resolve issues.

Continuing education is important to Kate; she feels the more she learns and absorb, the better she can provide a valuable service to her clients. Kate has earned several designations, including the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She also holds a BA degree in Journalism and English from Stephen F. Austin State University.

She works hard to retain repetitive business from clients, and to help buyers and sellers by providing accurate market information, keeping them informed. Kate has worked through several challenging markets and will continue to hold ethics high, work for the best interest of her clients, enjoy meeting new people, and to work in this amazing industry.
