Prior to entering the Chicago real estate market in 2011, Kate worked in the Boston and New York real estate markets, as well as in the telecom industry, and today she applies hard-earned project management skills to her real estate career, taking clients through the process of buying and selling with extra attention to timing and detail. In addition to her deep general knowledge, Kate particularly excels in scouting for investment opportunities tailored to the needs of experienced investors. She works hard to develop life-long relationships, displaying a deep dedication to helping clients achieve their goals. With over $30M in personal sales over the past 8 years, Kate is an expert in many of the most popular Chicago neighborhoods, with particular focus in Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, River North, Streeterville and the West Loop.
In 2016, Kate partnered with two like-minded colleagues to form Chicago Home Living Real Estate Specialists within @properties, the number-one real estate brokerage in the city. Chicago Home Living was formed with a common goal of providing a higher standard of service and incorporating a personable and boutique approach to all types of real estate transactions. To date, Chicago Home Living has collectively achieved over $40M in sales and was recognized in 2019 with an achievement award as a top-producing team by Chicago Magazine.
Since 2016, Kate further expanded her skills by earning two certification designations from the National Association of Realtors—the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and the Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS). Both designations allow Kate to provide the highest level of service to all her clients, and she remains committed to continually strengthening her knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.
After many years as a proud resident of River North, Kate and her family made the move to Lakeview in 2017. She is an active contributor to the South Lakeview Neighbors Organization, as well as a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors. Over the past few years, Kate has purchased multi-family investment properties in Lakeview and has taken an active role in managing their renovations. In her personal time Kate devotes herself to cooking, interior design and travel.
