We enlisted her expertise again in 2024 when we sold our condo, and again, she helped the process go so smoothly! Katelyn is the go to! We were buying from out of state (four time zones away) and she was nothing but helpful! She always kept us in the loop and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. From narrowing down neighborhoods to negotiations and all the way through closing she worked hard to get us the best deal she could and make sure we had all our questions answered no matter how late it may have been for her. She is knowledgeable about the area and understands not only a typical relocation but also the ins and outs of a military PCS. We are a military family so moving isn’t new for us but the experience we had with Katelyn was. The time and love she puts into her work is amazing. Coming to Maryland with no knowledge of the area or the crazy housing market made for a very stressful move, until we met her and she took us on. From then on she was super honest (which was a breath of fresh air) and would answer any and every question we threw her way. Katelyn was such a great asset to have on our side during our search and closing on our dream home. This was our first time buying a house, so we had plenty of questions and concerns about the home buying process (let alone the housing market) Katelyn was able to answer all of our questions at any time of the day, walk us through the process, and provide great insight for us as buyers on the buying/ closing process. Additionally, as a military family, we were remote buyers, so Katelyn sent us detailed videos of homes we were considering and jumped on every opportunity to show us a home. From seeing other realtor videos online and hearing stories of friends, I can say Katelyn cares about us as home buyers, asks the difficult questions, and shows the details in her showings. I would highly recommend Katelyn and would absolutely use her again as our realtor.

We are first time home buyers and we were stressed and confused going into it but she helped us so much! She took us to 3 homes we thought we would like and they ultimately weren't what we wanted.
