Katelyn Koonce

As a dedicated real estate professional with five years of experience, I’m passionate about helping clients turn their real estate goals into milestones worth celebrating. Though I’ve spent the past five years building my own career, real estate has been part of my life from an early age. I grew up under the mentorship of my mom and sister, who both serve in the industry. Their example inspired my passion for real estate. My mission is to make every transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible through open communication, honesty, and genuine care for each person I work with.

I grew up in Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas, and ventured west to attend Texas Tech University, where I earned my degree in Public Relations with a minor in Advertising. After falling in love with the people and strong sense of community, I proudly chose to call Lubbock home.

Outside of real estate, I’m married to my high school sweetheart and I am proud mom to our outgoing and loveable one-year-old son. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to bring that same warmth and dedication to every client I serve.

I take pride in being a steady, safe place for my clients during one of life’s biggest milestones. My greatest joy comes from seeing a deal come together through collaboration and trust, knowing I’ve helped someone step confidently into their next chapter.
