I am constantly impressed with Katelyn’s vast knowledge of the real estate market in Boston and surrounding towns. I’ve worked with her several times and she’s up front about what she loves about a property and what concerns her - and she is always spot on. She has far exceeded my expectations. When selling a home, she knows exactly where to spend the money to make the biggest impact. I can’t say enough about the wealth of knowledge she brings to her profession!
