Kathalin ‘Kathy' Szabo is a Broker Associate in New Jersey as well as a Sales Associate in New York. She has held a real estate license since 1985. She specializes in residential real estate, representing both buyers and sellers.
Kathy believes that helping educate her clients is a key to success. Since 1992, she has owned a technology training company focused on helping individuals, of all skill levels, to learn and navigate computers. Long ago, she found the computer to be an essential tool in facilitating learning and communication. In real estate, it is no different with her clients. Kathy takes joy in helping educate her clients throughout the buying and selling process. Before transitioning to residential sales, Kathy worked in the industrial real estate sector.

A native of Dumont NJ, Kathy has been a resident of Rockland County, NY since 1985. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with good friends and family. She counts Spectrum for Living in New Jersey as well as Covenant House, located in Newark, NJ, as a charities close to her heart.
