About Katherine

In 1988 she returned to her hometown after college, married her husband Scott, and began her real estate career. She and Scott worked together on Okemo Mountain for their first project, and since then, they have been actively involved in several developments on Okemo and the surrounding area. To keep up with demand, she opened a second office on Okemo in the Winterplace Condominium complex, where Sarah Sheehan lends her talents as their Winterplace Broker. Her goal has always been to best serve the needs of both buyers and sellers. As a local business owner, she strongly believes in doing her part for our local community. Her family has been deeply involved in the Okemo Valley for four generations. Her husband Scott and she, along with our two daughters, are proud to carry on the family tradition of serving the community of Ludlow as our entire family enjoys hiking, running, sailing, and, of course, skiing. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with Streetscapes and various nonprofit organizations in the area giving back to the community that has given her family so much. One of her favorite events is Flannel with Flare, which benefits various causes through the Okemo Community Challenge. Every year with the help of our friends and community members, they have collected more than 100 winter clothing items to donate to Black River Good Neighbors. They have been proud of their role in this project for over ten years. Comedy Night is an annual event you won’t want to miss. She is constantly amazed by the effect that even one person can have on their local community. Together we can make a difference.
