Katherine Gemmecke

Katherine (Kat) Gemmecke joined The Boulos Company in 2017 where she developed her passion for commercial real estate. She is a licensed sales agent in New Hampshire and an associate broker in Maine and works in all areas of commercial real estate located throughout the Northern New England Seacoast.

Kat covers a wide range of commercial real estate services, including lease and sale transactions, as well as buyer and tenant representation. Her work covers all types of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial, land, and investment sales. Kat often collaborates with Christian Stallkamp, Senior Broker/Partner.

Kat’s previously worked in Boulos Asset Management as an Assistant Asset Manager. She then transitioned to The Boulos Company in the Portland Maine office as an Administrative Assistant until relocating to Portsmouth where she is now a Senior Associate.

Kat lives in Eliot with her husband Tim, their son Logan, and their dog Ellie.
