Kat is a multimillion dollar producing real estate broker, with extensive knowledge of the local market. She has worked with hundreds of families and individuals, from first time home buyers, to relocating executives and seasoned investors. Expert in luxury properties, investment properties and the special qualities that distinguish finding a house from finding "home," Kat brings her vivacity and experience to each transaction, on behalf of her buyers and sellers with professionalism, confidence and success.

Arriving here from Italy in 1987, Kat considers and values New Mexico as home. Her immediate family of real estate enthusiasts includes brokers, a licensed contractor and an architect. With a passion for renovating homes and transforming space, Kat can see a “diamond in the rough.” This talent propels her into adventuresome projects of her own and also helps her clients envision new possibilities. Although real estate is a natural fit for her, Kat's deep love of New Mexico and desire to help people are her drivers.

A high energy mom, Kat has two accomplished, grown daughters. Her favorite personal challenge is discovering strength through Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit.
