About Katherine

Western Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut have been home for most of my life including attending school systems in Westfield, Massachusetts. My husband and I have resided in South Windsor and Andover, Connecticut and my Real Living office is in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. I attended Westfield State University and spent nearly two decades working as paralegal in Springfield, mostly handling civil litigation. My transition from the paralegal field to real estate began in 2001 obtaining licenses in both CT and MA. Multi-state licensing can be a strategic advantage for clients due to the close proximity between the Pioneer Valley and Greater Hartford Realty Boards. In 2001, I was presented a ‘Rookie of the Year’ award and consistently achieved ‘million dollar’ status and a variety of awards at the First Choice Realty offices in Westfield, MA. Sales were split roughly 50% between the two States. Buying or selling a home are significant life events. There is both excitement and anxiety all at once.
