For 14+ years, Katherine worked in multiple facets of the Real Estate industry. Her experience ranges from helping clients buy or sell their home, becoming a top producing agent, to Real Estate investing including buying, rehabbing, and flipping and renting homes. Diversifying herself in this way allows me to be adaptable to varying clients and situations. Going through the buying and selling process multiple times and getting my hands dirty rehabbing and managing projects myself has given me knowledge that I then bring to her clients throughout the process.
Her number one priority in her real estate business is her clients, discovering and serving their needs. Katherine lives in St. Clair Shores w/ her Partner, Rottweiler pup, and 14 yr old cat. Kat's interests beyond Real Estate include Traveling, spending time with friends and family, working out, interior design, fashion, music, and dining out.
