Katherine Noldan-Chivilo

Katie Chivilo has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2003 and has concentrated on representing home buyers and sellers in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. She has extensive knowledge of the various markets and towns within, but not limited to, DuPage and Cook Counties. Over the past 21 years, Katie has artfully mastered varying transactions for new construction homes and existing homes in multiple offers and single offer scenarios through simple and complicated negotiations, all enhancing her expertise as a skillful and accomplished real estate agent.

Born and raised in Elmhurst, Katie attended York High School and then graduated with honors from Elmhurst College. She is an active member of her community and is the Cross Country and Track and Field coach for St. Pius X in Lombard. Katie also volunteers for numerous charitable organizations including Catholic Charities and the St. Pius X Catholic Church. Katie currently resides in Lombard with her husband, James, and their 3 children.
