 Kathleen has been a real estate consultant since 2002 and award winning for her sales each year. Representing properties throughout Boston, Brookline, Newton, Jamaica Plain, South Boston, Charlestown, Roslindale, Cambridge, Somerville, Dorchester, Roxbury and East Boston I am a Realtor®, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), International Luxury Homes Marketer (ILHM), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC) agent. I have successfully marketed properties throughout the greater Boston metro area, on average achieving 108% of asking price for my clients in 2024 and receiving offers on average in 13 days. Over my career I have sold more than 420 homes and done more than $255million in sales. As a team, we have more than 40 cumulative years of real estate experience, $290million plus in sales, and have sold over 470 homes. We have also assisted landlords and tenants with hundreds of rentals. We specialize in helping seniors and their families navigate the complicated process of downsizing, while preserving and transferring their wealth and bring expertise in probate, 1031-Exchanges, and senior housing to our clients. As first-time buyer and seller specialists, we are expert at educating and guiding clients through the process of selling or buying their first home. I am also a Luxury Home Marketing specialist, understanding how to market our top quality homes and new developments at their best. We also specialize in working with investors on multi-family buildings and understand the frustrations and delicacies of this, having been landlords ourselves. Redesigning homes to get the best price for them in a sale or help buyers to visualize the home of their dreams is also a specialty service we provide. We always focus on building our clients wealth, quality of life and financial well-being!
Prior to entering real estate, I was a consultant in the technology industry working as a project manager and creative director for top-tier companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. I’m a proud mother to my son, Gary who lives, eats and sleeps basketball, and currently live in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston near the beautiful Jamaica Pond.
