Kathleen and her husband Dave were fortunate to raise their family in an amazing community with great schools, small friendly businesses, coffee shops and local farms, while still having access to major routes for commuting and exploring. It was in retrospect, many years later, that she realized how impactful their home purchase decision had been on the course of their journey.
In 2004 she made a career change from a Corporate Real Estate job in Boston to become a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in her local community. It has been her pleasure to work with first-time home buyers, growing families who are upsizing, retirees who are downsizing, out of state job transferees and real estate investors. Each client has individual needs and criteria, and she takes pride in working to facilitate a smooth transition home for every one of them.
