We’re more than happy to share our experience with Kathleen. She was very attentive to all of our concerns and questions, many of which were, on our part, probably trivial. No matter, she was nonjudgmental and responded to all of our concerns promptly. She was accommodating, scheduling time with us in a way that helped us through the home buying process. She is extremely knowledgeable, and completely accessible, responding to our queries sometimes in evenings and weekends. As veterans of previous property purchases, Kathleen was by far the agent that we would want to work with again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Kat is very talented, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and great at her job. I strongly recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase a home in Chicago.

We were moving into the city from our of state, and had no experience with city neighborhoods, regulations, standard practices, rates, etc. Kat helped us with *everything*. With her extensive experience in property management, as well as real estate, she knew exactly how to help us narrow our search, and also negotiate all the steps of the purchase and move -in.

Kat is professional and hard working, and also friendly and flexible. That's a rare combo for anyone, but really a blessing in a realtor! She's worth every penny, and more.

Kat helped me buy my first place in Albany Park! To be honest, I didn’t know if my finances were in order, but she helped me sort through down payment and closing cost options. She referred me to a great lender, an awesome attorney, and even my home inspector, while educating me on the process all the way through (including reminding me to file for my homeowner’s exemption after my first year living in my new home)! I really appreciated the constant communication and felt super cared for. It was incredibly comfortable working with her when the whole process would have otherwise felt stressful.
