Kathleen was great through and through from start to finish. I never bought a house before and never went through any of the processes before, but she did a wonderful job keeping that in mind and helping me navigate it all. Personally I have a very sporadic schedule and it is hard to plan anything out far in advice but she understood that and was very responsive with setting up tours in that regard. She is always readily available and always got back into contact within a reasonable time frame. I don't think I could have had a better first agent then I did with Kathleen
