Kathleen grew up in Ashland and graduated from Ashland High School. Living in Ashland enamored her with acting, so after graduating high school, she moved to Salt Lake City where she earned a BFA in Theater from the University of Utah. After moving back to Ashland, Kathleen had the opportunity to use her acting skills at several local theaters including Rogue Music Theater, the Collaborative Theater Project, and Camelot Theater.
Realizing that making a living acting was not in the cards, Kathleen attended SOU and earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in computer science. Before becoming a real estate agent, Kathleen worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at several local software companies. Research and data analysis are her jam, and her superpower is the ability to find just about anything on the internet! And, since Kathleen has lived in the same Ashland neighborhood for over 30 years, she really knows the local market, and in that time, she’s developed strong roots in the community and with her clients.
When she’s not selling real estate, you can find Kathleen singing in the choir, walking her dog, hiking, and biking around the neighborhood, watching a baseball game with her husband, reading a good book, or attending one of the many plays or concerts provided by the great cultural scene here in the Rogue Valley.
