Kathleen Lantz

The Comey Lantz Team was formed in 2017, a joyful marriage of the Comey Team (Renee Comey and Emily French) and Team Lantz (Steve Lantz and Kathleen Lantz). With a combined 30 years of experience in residential real estate, we have the knowledge and skills to make your home purchase or sale a smooth success. Individual agents have limitations based on their personal schedules, but as a team we can assure you receive exemplary service in a timely fashion.

As a member of The Comey Lantz Team, I work with both residential buyers and sellers. I have found that working as a part of a team, I am able to have more time and energy to really focus on my clients’ needs. I'm excited to bring my passion and enthusiasm for the housing market to all my clients, and I'm committed to a smooth experience through use of consistent communication and resourcefulness. I also love getting involved with our office's volunteering programs to help our local communities such as the yearly Realtor Food Drive, Everett's Christmas House, and donating a portion of every commission earned to Seattle Children's Hospital. In my spare time, you can find me cooking, spending time with my long-haired dachshund Buddy, and checking out local eats! I grew up in Lake Stevens and currently reside in North Everett.
