If you are looking for an agent who is kind, knowledgeable, organized and stays on top of things, Kathleen is the one. She helped my husband and I sell our first home with ease. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. She took extra time explaining and making sure we felt comfortable with everything at every stage through out this selling process. She listed our home and had it under contract almost immediately, thanks to her expert pricing strategy .She was so understanding of our unique situation and made us feel like her only clients. Kathleen is very professional yet personal as well. She made selling our previous home and purchasing our current one October 2020 a smooth, pleasant experience. She pays strict attention to all details and follows up in a knowledgeable, professional timely manner. She kept us informed every step of the way and thoroughly explained anything we didn’t understand. Kathleen is amazing and I can't imagine working with anyone else for the sale of our home. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Real Estate market and will let you know as changes happen. She called us every few days with updates and was quick to respond when I had a question, even when she was on vacation. Even in this crazy market, and interest rates rising, I believe she negotiated a great deal for us. Kathleen truly cares about her clients and I can't say enough nice things about her. Given the opportunity to need an agent again, Kathleen will be our first call.

Kathleen managed our sell/purchase amazingly!! She stayed on top of not only the home we were selling, but the one we wanted to purchase as well ensuring the timing was perfect to minimalize any risk on either side. Closings for both were carefully staged and the sell and purchase were seamless!! She kept us well informed and did not treat this as an 8-5 process as she always responded immediately to all parties involved, and this was not an easy feat. I can’t say enough wonderful things about trusting Kathleen through the process, and highly recommend her to handle the smallest of details all the way to the closing table!

I’ve always heard that buying a home is one of the most stressful moments in one’s life. This is not true with Kathleen as your realtor. The care and attention we received from Kathleen was second to none.
