After a 21-year career with a Global Insurance Provider with roles in Underwriting, Marketing and Sales Development for both Personal and Commercial lines of business, Kathleen brought her extensive knowledge in 2018 to focus exclusively on Real Estate at the Jersey Shore.
Originally from Maplewood, NJ Kathleen attended Oak Knoll High School in Summit, NJ and spent many summers in Monmouth Beach, Spring Lake, and Sea Girt. She attended Hamilton College and still represents them in several capacities: class president, giving chair and admissions off-campus interviewer. Kathleen has lived in New York City, Greenwich, CT and Hoboken, NJ while also maintaining a second residence in Spring Lake since 2006. Having bought and renovated a Spring Lake house in 2016, she was delighted to become a full time resident and is extremely proud to call The Jersey Shore her home.
Kathleen is a full-time real estate agent and loves what she does. Her clients describe her as passionate, resourceful, dedicated, intelligent, energetic, thoughtful and 'a pleasure to deal with'. In her spare time, she can be found in her garden tending to her flower beds, walking the boardwalks and streets of surrounding towns, supporting local business and restaurants or at home entertaining and hosting family and friends. In January of 2022 Kathleen was elected and sworn into office of the Spring Lake Borough Council where she also serves as Council Liaison to the Business Improvement District, Planning Board, Land Use and Water & Sewer committees.
