About Kathleen

Kathleen is one of Portland’s top producing brokers. Formerly a commercial broker specializing in multifamily investment properties, Kathleen began her real estate career as a licensed broker in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia before moving to Portland in 1997. Now, As a member of REALM-Global (members represent the top 700 realtors in the Americas) Kathleen is able to help clients by referring them to other top luxury realtors anywhere they are looking to buy or sell properties here and in parts of Europe. In addition to holding a Principal Broker’s License, Kathleen is a Diamond Platinum Member and Past President of the Circle of Excellence (formerly The Million Dollar Club), the highest designation available, and a member of The Portland Metro Association of Realtors.
